Special Projects Associate

We’re looking for a
- **Special Projects Associate** to join our
- **Special Projects **team, to help grow our team across Asia. The mission of this role is to solve strategic problems that arise in our scaling phase and drive new projects using a data-driven approach. You will be a key part of building new and scaling existing business units.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- ** Strategy and Operations (Commercial, Business Operations)**:Work closely with Commercial, Business Operations, and Finance teams to drive workstreams related to corporate, go-to-market, or business operation improvement strategies; Structure and solve business problems through rigorous, quantitative analysis and effective stakeholder communication; Contribute to driving near to mid-term overall company strategy alongside rest of Special Projects team
- ** Special Projects**:Support in strategising international expansion into markets and partner with the commercial team for initial launch operations; Partner with cross-functional and regional teams for analytical and implementation support for other high priority projects (e.g. PMO of team reorgs, etc.)
- ** Support on Fundraising and Corporate Development**:Potentially lend support to fundraising, as well as M&A process and integration when need arises

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- 1-3 years of experience in finance/consulting/strategy role in tech is preferred
- Comfortable working with and drawing insights out of data
- Strong work ethic with get-it-done growth mindset and willing to go the extra mile
- Proactive with proposing solutions and flagging issues
- Collaborative: Able to work with team members across cultures
- Excited about building and scaling business units
- Zero-defect mindset
