**About CFA Society Singapore**
The Programme Manager will plan, administer and coordinate the smooth launch and conduct of each executive programme.
To map newly developed and existing course materials and assessments to Skills Framework and IBF requirements or equivalent.
To ensure that the curricula of executive and CFAI-related prep programmes are refreshed on a regular and timely basis and made promptly available to the lecturers.
To assist in reviewing and upgrading the infrastructure requirements—eg, CRM systems and question bank systems—for prep programmes.
To assist with the review, refresh, and update the lecturer contracts.
To assist with the development of new programmes.
To manage partnerships with funding agencies, accreditation bodies and professional trainers or lecturers.
**Requirements**:
One year at an educational institution or working in a role of similar capacity will be an advantage.
Familiarity with handling various government grants, including the SkillsFuture Framework and The Institute of Banking and Finance accreditation, and associated policies will be an advantage.
Good inter-personal and communication skills (both written and verbal) and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently (in a fluid environement) and yet contribute as a team player.
A degree holder (with finance knowledge).
Proficiency in MS Office skills.
