**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

We are seeking an accomplished and highly service-oriented individual to join us as our Recreation Manager for the Resort. The incumbent will be responsible for developing, promoting and executing individual and group Recreation programs for the Resort.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recreation Program Management**:

- Develop, implement, and oversee a diverse range of recreational activities and programs tailored to our guests’ interests and preferences.
- Ensure all activities are conducted with the highest standards of safety, quality, and service.

**Guest Experience**:

- Create and maintain a welcoming and engaging environment for guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints related to recreational activities promptly and professionally.

**Facility Management**:

- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of recreational facilities, including pools, fitness centers, and sports areas.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of recreational services with overall guest experience.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree or Diploma in Recreation Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 4 - 6 years of experience in recreational management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of creating and executing engaging recreational programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred.
