**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitate sales and oversee the transition and delivery procedures for products and services.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to devise innovative sales and marketing tactics.
- Engage with senior management to suggest improvements or innovations in current products and services in line with market demands.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance the visibility and market reach of the company's offerings.
- Identify and screen potential clients in alignment with the company's standards and business framework.
- Schedule and coordinate discussions between top executives and prospective clients to explore new business opportunities and avenues for growth.
- Host meetings that convene stakeholders and clients to review the progress and delivery stages of projects.
- Manage and keep the customer database current, ensuring accurate contact details are maintained.
- Support the business development team in formulating business models, drafting project budgets, defining project scopes, and creating comprehensive business plans.
- Aid executive leadership in crafting contracts, conducting negotiations, and undertaking thorough due diligence.
- Advocate for project delivery that meets or exceeds customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate actively with internal teams to accomplish revenue goals for designated time periods.
