A&w Restaurant Manager

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage smooth operations by providing the best Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Safety and People
- Control restaurant’s P&L
- Responsible for guest satisfaction and be a Customer Maniac role model to restaurant staff
- Ensure strict adherence to A&W’s standards in food cost, food quality, stock inventory, labour costs, employee relations, customer relations, safety, security, sanitation, accounting and personnel policies
- Conduct inventories and order materials (food and paper) for the successful operations of the restaurant
- Ensure all safety and security measures are taken into consideration to provide guests with a pleasant dining experience and for staff to work in
- Responsible for all cash and assets placed under his custody
- Recruitment, retention and training of restaurant staff
- Maintain knowledge of relevant laws and codes (including A&W policies and procedures) to ensure full compliance of all requirements
- Assess restaurant staff performance and give necessary guidance to motivate their career development in A&W’s career development program
- Anticipate changing business conditions, set goals and standards, plan and schedule work to meet operational requirements
- Establish and maintain effective communication with Area Manager and Corporate Office
- Adaptable to enlarged job responsibilities in line with A&W’s growth and business expansion
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Min 3 years of QSR supervision experience
- Knowledge of basic accounting system and procedures is a bonus
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Customer Maniac and a team player
