**Position/Role Summary**:
**Position/Role Responsibilities**:
Work with sales and customer on solutions as per project tender specifications. Follow up closely with customer to address any technical challenges for projects.
Provide prompt and timely onsite support to troubleshoot and resolve product issue.
Liaise closely with HQ in Taiwan for product quality issue.
Manage and work on the product assembly, programming and testing for on time delivery.
Assist customer on product installation onsite when necessary.
Perform testing and commissioning as well as provide product training to end-user.
Generate and maintain User Manual, Wiring Diagrams and Instructions for projects.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
**Qualification Requirements**:
Diploma/ITE in relevant engineering qualification.
Strong technical knowledge in electronics products, especially in elevator systems and accessories.
Able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive attitude.
Ability to perform System/Hardware Testing/Troubleshooting is required.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
