**Finance Executive - Join Our Dynamic Team in a multi-national payroll outsourcing company

As a Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in handling financial and management reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take charge of financial and management reporting, providing accurate and timely information to management for decision-making.
- Analyze financial figures, identify trends, and present insights to management, assisting them in making informed business decisions.
- Maintain control over Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, ensuring efficient cash flow management.
- Manage GST accounting and filing, as well as PIC Grant submission, keeping up-to-date with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity, identifying potential risks or opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate and oversee the yearly audit process, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and timely completion.
- Perform office administrative duties and contribute to ad hoc projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in finance are encouraged to apply.
- Good knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and reporting requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information effectively.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle a full set of accounts independently and work with mínimal supervision.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Experience with FlexAccount software is a plus, demonstrating your adaptability to various financial tools.
