**Part-Time Pastry Chef (Evening & Weekend Shifts)**:
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented **Part-Time Pastry Chef**/ Pastry Cook**to join our team at **Arc-en-ciel Pâtisserie**— a dessert destination along Neil Road known for our elegant **ice cream parfaits**, **wines**, and **tea-based mocktails and cocktails**.

**Your Role**

As a Part-Time Pastry Chef, you’ll work closely with our chef-owner and full-time pastry team to produce beautiful, consistent desserts that reflect our signature quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the chef-owner on **daily production, preparation, and plating**of pastries and parfaits.
- Maintain a **clean, organised workstation**and ensure proper upkeep of tools and equipment.
- Execute assigned tasks **independently with consistency, precision, and care**.
- Complete prep and mise-en-place **efficiently and within allocated timeframes**.
- Foster **strong teamwork and communication**with fellow team members.
- Support **stock receiving, inventory checks, and storage organisation**.
- Opportunity to **contribute ideas to new menu development and creative R&D**.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**:At least **1 year of pastry kitchen or related F&B experience**preferred.
- **Skills**:Strong attention to detail, good time management, and familiarity with standard pastry techniques.
- **Mindset**:Responsible, adaptable, and passionate about learning and improving.
- **Commitment**:Able to **commit for at least 3 months**and **work evening and weekend shifts**.- **Hours**:Up to **20 hours per week**, with flexibility to **extend during busy periods**.
- **Eligibility**:Open to **Singaporeans and PRs only**.
