**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring manager and HRBP to define the role and sourcing channels, attract top talents to join the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requirements, posting, sourcing, interviewing, offering and preboarding arrangement.
- Responsible for developing and delivering Employer Branding initiatives to attract talents
- Monitor the usage of recruitment tools and systems that enables effectiveness and efficiency of the recruiting process.
- Partner with COE for continuous enhancement.
- Populate TA related reports to keep track.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking, talent mapping, and relationship-building with universities, industry professionals, and external partners.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant talent acquisition experience, ideally with a mix of search firm & In-house recruiting experience, preferably from retail or FMCG industries.
- Experienced in full lifecycle recruiting, such as sourcing, talent mapping, designing processes, a working understanding of local employment laws, organizational structures, and salary trends.
- Passionate about attracting, developing, and retaining talents; Take initiative to create and drive talent development agenda.
- Highly resilient and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Articulate and meticulous; Able to communicate effectively and is a collaborative relationship builder.
- Good command of English & Chinese.
