Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Unreal Engine Generalist with a passion for creating immersive, photorealistic 3D environments that will be made available on the Bifrost platform. You’ll collaborate closely with our Engineering and Product teams to design and develop high-quality virtual worlds tailored to our clients’ needs. This role demands a strong blend of technical skills, creativity, and project management to handle multiple customer projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
2. Tool Proficiency: Use Unreal Engine as your primary platform, while also leveraging other tools like Unity, Houdini, and Blender.

3. Collaboration: Work closely with Art, Engineering and Product teams to ensure seamless integration of 3D assets into our synthetic data solutions.

4. Leadership Potential: Plan and execute projects efficiently, with a vision to grow into a team lead, managing and mentoring other artists and generalists.

5. Pipeline Optimization: Contribute to workflow and pipeline efficiency improvements, enabling scalability and better team collaboration.

Qualifications:
1. Experience:

- 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Background in large gaming companies or studios is highly preferred.
- Prior experience shipping AAA games, large-scale 3D environments, or immersive worlds is a strong advantage.

2. Technical Skills:

- Advanced expertise in Unreal Engine.
- Proficiency in other engines or tools like Unity, Houdini, and Blender.
- Deep understanding of real-time rendering and optimization techniques.

3. Creative Vision: Proven ability to create photorealistic, immersive virtual environments across diverse scenarios.

4. Teamwork: Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

5. Planning & Leadership: Strong planning skills and the ability to mentor and guide Technical Artists.

Bonus:
1. 3-5 years of experience in immersive environment creation with Unreal Engine, Unity, Blender, Maya, 3DSMax

2. Experience in shipping large environments for AAA games with flull fledged 3D worlds at a gaming studio or outsourced studio
