**Unreal Engine Developer**

**Your Main Quest**:
We're looking for teammates excited to develop technologies that push the boundaries of 3D environment generation and simulation.
- Program tools in Unreal Engine to solve complex problems and drive faster, more efficient workflows.
- Write logic to orchestrate complex camera movements, object placement and environment construction.
- Tackle challenges around procedural world building, material shader programming, level streaming and much more
- Test the solutions you develop to identify, analyse, and correct tools bugs
- Research and push the state-of-the-art in world generation and photorealism while ensuring real-time performance
- Strategise and brainstorm new product features and direction to evolve with the needs of clients and the broader market

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Unreal Engine (Any version, but 5 is nice to have)
- Comfortable programming in C++
- A self-starter problem-solving mindset, you enjoy getting lost in solving new problems
- Solid understanding of modern 3D content authoring techniques and real-time rendering concepts (UVs, LODs, instancing, etc.)

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of professional experience developing with Unreal Engine

**Bonus**:

- Experience with procedural content generation
- Experience with shader development
- Working experience with Blender
- 3D graphics experience (video games, animation, VFX, simulation)
- Basic AI/ML knowledge
