Residence Attendant

**Job Summary**
The Residence Attendant is the key to creating the residential experience. You will welcome guests, attend to their needs, and ensure the residence is always clean, comfortable, and well-presented. This role combines front-line service with high housekeeping standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Guest Service**
- Welcome guests on arrival and offer drinks or light refreshments.
- Introduce the residence, its facilities, and amenities.
- Anticipate and meet guest needs quickly, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay.
- Handle in-residence requests such as housekeeping refresh, amenities, transport, dining, or concierge arrangements.
- Stay attentive yet discreet, providing warm and professional service.

**Housekeeping & Upkeep**
- Clean, tidy, and reset the residence daily to a high standard.
- Handle laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organisation for guests.
- Wash dishes, glassware, and cutlery; keep the kitchen and pantry spotless.
- Change linens, replenish amenities, and provide turndown service.
- Check the residence before guest arrival and after departure.

**Support Duties**
- Keep track of linens, cleaning items, and guest amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues and work with the operations team to resolve them.
- Help set up the residence for special occasions (flowers, drinks, spa or event setups).
- Always follow hygiene, safety, and privacy standards.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in luxury hotels, private homes, or butler/housekeeping roles is an advantage.
- Strong eye for detail and pride in keeping things in top condition.
- Friendly and guest-focused, with a high level of professionalism.
- Able to manage both guest-facing and housekeeping duties.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and special events.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,300.00 per month
