**Job Description**:
**Position Summary**:
Team Lead will be responsible for product development for Standard and Safety IO product lines.
The individual will be responsible for managing a team of electrical engineers.

- ** Experience**
- Minimum 8 years of experience in embedded/hardware product development.
- Preferably having experience using Agile/SAFe methodology in product development. Held role as Product Owner and/or Scrum Master a plus (but not mandatory)
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in managing a team of minimum 5 people.
- Have various knowledge / experience in designing and developing hardware in high-speed digital design, power supplies, mixed signal & low power circuits.
- Have knowledge/experience in embedded software design and implementation will be an advantage.
- ** Education**
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Preferably Master in Embedded System Design.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Lead a team of 8-10 engineers.
- Manage, coach, and hold self & team accountable for achieving goals and meeting commitments
- Ensure product development activities comply with corporate and business level processes and procedures.
- Drive problem resolution, help clear ambiguities and remove impediments
- Leads the team towards relentless improvement.
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration to achieve a common goal
- Continuously monitor project status, escalate issues & risks whenever necessary.
- Resolve competency related gaps, if any
- Establish and monitor the team performance periodically.
- Identify and adopt best practices and lesson learnt from internal and external organizations
- Champion new ideas and initiatives. Embrace the team for challenge and strive for success.
- Encourage a positive work environment to foster outstanding performance.
- Possess and share a vision of success and work with individuals to identify development needs in support of their career progression
