**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare monthly forecast for production
- Develop Bill of Materials (BOM) for all products as part of manufacturing process
- Work with purchaser to update raw material contract for BOM requirement
- Liaise with production team to ensure timely production of food products for outlets
- Liaise with outlets ops team on food products monthly forecast and usage
- Sourcing of new products and materials to meet operational requirements
- Conduct food tasting and sensory
- Assist cookhouse team to conduct survey and to engage customers
- Participate in quality testing on current or new raw materials needed for outlets
- Prepare and attend monthly raw material monitoring meeting with purchasing team
- With Culinary Team to develop innovative products for cookhouses/ Commercial catering
- Assist Culinary Team to Create New Dishes for cookhouses
- Assist Senior Sous Chef to prepare product specs for new products
- Assist Senior Sous Chef to prepare dishing specs for new products
- Assist Senior Sous Chef to oversees 1st commercial production for new product
- Assist in New Dish and Festive Photo Taking
- Assist Chefs in Ad hoc catering events in main kitchen and cookhouses

**Key Requirements**
- Trade certificate or at least 10 years relevant experience.
- National Trade Certificate
- Min 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a big establishment
- Microsoft office
- Proficient understanding of English both written and spoken
- Proficient in second knowledge (plus point)
- Team player
- Ability to work under pressure and tight timeline
- Ability to lead a big team of co-worker
