**Role Summary**

The **Commercial Director** will spearhead LGA Telecom’s commercial strategy, unifying sales, product, and marketing to drive sustainable revenue growth and market leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role—balancing strategic vision with execution—in a fast-moving SME environment. You’ll build scalable systems, deepen customer relationships, and lead a high-performing commercial team to success.

**Key Responsibilities1. Commercial Strategy & Business Growth**
- Develop and execute a **unified commercial strategy** to accelerate revenue, expand market share, and explore new opportunities in Singapore and overseas markets.
- Identify high-value customer segments, refine **go-to-market (GTM) strategies**, and position LGA Telecom as a leader in ICT solutions.
- Ensure strong **commercial governance**, performance tracking, and cross-functional alignment.

**2. B2B Sales Leadership & Execution**
- Optimize the **end-to-end B2B sales process**—territory planning, pipeline management, KPIs, and conversion—to maximize win rates and customer lifetime value.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the **sales team**, fostering a culture of accountability, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strengthen relationships with **key enterprise clients, channel partners, and stakeholders** to drive long-term growth.

**3. Product & Market Strategy**
- Oversee the **product roadmap**, ensuring bundled service-hardware solutions meet evolving SME and enterprise demands.
- Champion **voice-of-customer (VOC) insights** to refine offerings, enhance competitive differentiation, and improve service design.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align product development with **market needs and revenue goals**.

**4. Marketing & Demand Generation**
- Lead **digital marketing, branding, and lead-generation strategies** to build pipeline and ensure measurable ROI.
- Elevate LGA Telecom’s **brand authority** as a trusted ICT partner in Singapore and the region.
- Develop **sales enablement tools**, targeted campaigns, and content strategies to accelerate deal closures.

**5. Team & Culture Development**
- Build and inspire a **high-performance commercial team**—fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and a results-driven culture.
- Embed **commercial thinking** across the organization, ensuring alignment between departments.
- Promote a **customer-centric, agile mindset** while balancing autonomy and accountability.
- **10+ years in B2B commercial leadership**, preferably in telecom, ICT, or technology solutions.
- Proven success in **scaling revenue, expanding markets, and leading high-growth sales teams**.
- Strong expertise in **sales process optimization, product-market fit, and strategic marketing**.
- Exceptional **analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management** skills.
