**Your New Role**
Are you an experienced inside sales driven individual who is passionate and committed to delivering great customer service and business growth? Survitec has the perfect role for you we have an exciting opportunity for you to come on board as our brand-new Inside Sales Representative at our office in Senoko
Your role will report into the Head of Sales and will involve building, developing, and maintaining customer sales and relationships with clients. The role requires an experienced induvial who has the ability and drive to win and who is target focused.
You will be driving customer commitment by taking ownership of the existing customer base as well as exploring new markets for revenue growth by selling and upselling our impressive lifesaving products and services to customers, along with educating them on the use of them.
**What You Can Expect from the Role**
**Key Responsibilities and accountabilities**:
- You will be developing and implementing a customer contact plan for assigned customers, customer portfolios or sector contacts, to communicate product launches and engage potential customers in relevant sales campaigns.
- Responsible for setting clear objectives for each sales contact, using standard materials to make presentations to the customer, asks relevant questions to evaluate the customers level of interest, identifying and responding to areas requiring further information or explanation.
- Proactively identifying the products or services that best meeting customer stated needs
- Headhunting potential customers by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers.
- Scheduling follow
- up actions and entering relevant information into our CRM system
- You will prioritise your own workflow and ensure your work is completed to the required stands for productivity, quality and timelines

**The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have**
**Essential Criteria**:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Marine sales and customer support with the ability to work unsupervised
- High school or further education college education or equivalent
- Ability to work on own as well as part of a team
- Sales driven professional with excellent customer service skills
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to multitask against deadlines
- Excellent presentation skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
