Engineering Tech Lead, Trust and Safety Engineering

Responsible for leading the team to build a highly-scalable, efficient, and robust trust and safety platform and tools
- Play a key role in driving project objectives, system design, and architecture to ensure high stability and performance of the services;
- Define a long-term technical roadmap for the team
- Recruit and mentor engineers of various levels of experience into a performant team; build team culture and cohesion; help team members grow technical capabilities;
- Understand and brainstorm product objectives to develop an easy-to-use platform that aligns with customers' needs;
- Collaborate closely with trust and safety specialists, experts, and machine learning engineers;
- Work with trust and safety teams to protect TikTok globally.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or other related fields;
- At least 6 years of professional software development experience,
- Have at least 2 years of experience in People/Technical Lead Management.
- Highly proficient in designing data structures, building algorithms, and at least one programming language: Java, Python, C++, Go, PHP, pursue high-quality code and focused on code engineering quality.
- Experience in problem solving with related internet products.
- Prior experience working on internet products or large-scale platforms
- Good communication skills, able to lead and drive projects effectively. familiar with team and project management methodologies and approaches.
