**Job Description and Requirements
Product Sales Executives is a fast-paced, customer service oriented position with a focus on providing technical and scientific information about our products to varying types of customers including, but not limited to, domestic and international distributors, salon owner, employees and consumers. Individuals must be willing and able to perform the duties of this position under mínimal supervision and possess the drive and ability to build strong relationships with accounts in the territories. The ability and schedule to travel when and where necessary is a pre-requisite for this position.

Beauty sales representatives need extensive knowledge about the products, since one of their primary duties is to educate customers about product usage. This knowledge allows sales representatives to target the right customers and to correctly and helpfully answer customer questions such as product ingredients.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Explain about products and educate clients on the ingredients.
- Answering technical questions with regard to products.
- Facilitate and/or create product training presentations, lecturers, and informal seminars in order to educate retailers and end-users.
- Conduct formalized training courses for stores owners, managers and employees which require public speaking ability and computer literacy.
- Observe market demand and support marketing plan for customers.
- Perform all other job related functions as assigned by Management regardless of time, location, or anticipated engagements including weekends and evenings.
- Be a “brand ambassador” that represents the company’s brand and values.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Preferably have Diploma in Beauty College.
- Able to speak in Japanese Language.
- Able to shampoo hair, color hair, hair related treatment, head massage and explain the product well
- Profesional or aesthetic appearance
- Have excellent people skills and intuitive to client's needs.
- Giving professional presentations.
- Flexible schedule
- Must know using AI files and other Microsoft packages.
