Review current asset allocation and develop a new portfolio strategy in line with Company’s risk appetite and prevailing risk conditions;
- Evaluate and propose strategic asset allocation to meet required income returns;
- Support top management team on all aspects of the investment process and conduct in-depth fundamental research and analysis on companies and industries;
- Perform market research on investment opportunities;
- Analyses and reports on investment performance;
- Keeping abreast of related sector news flow;
- Conduct ad hoc due diligence to evaluate new investment deals/projects to assess financial feasibility, risks and key business drivers.
- Prepare various performance and accounting internal reporting.
- **Job Requirements**:_
- Experience in VCC and Secondary Market will be advantageous;
- Degree in related discipline; CFA preferred;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing fixed income, equities and has external fund management experience;
- Ability to analyze financial information (e.g. financial statements and ratios);
- Perform detailed valuation, and construct in-depth company financial models in EXCEL;
- Proficient in Bloomberg, financial modelling, discounted cash flow valuation and Technical Analysis - technical indicators and chart patterns;
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.);
- Strategic communicator, fluent both verbal and written in English and Mandarin, effectively frames and shapes conversations; able to deliver difficult messages;
- Diligent, tactful and firm with high ethical standards;
- Outstanding attention to details;
- Independent and fast worker.

**Salary**: Up to $14,000.00 per month
