**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure financial support for the organization.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with donors, ensuring effective communication and stewardship.
- Manage a portfolio of key donors, providing personalized attention and engagement to enhance their connection with the organization.
- Plan and oversee fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives, leveraging relationships for increased participation.
- Utilize donor management systems to track, analyze, and report on donor interactions, contributions, and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising materials and messages that resonate with donors.
- Provide leadership and guidance to fundraising staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Research and identify potential funding sources, grants, and strategic partnership opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on fundraising progress for senior management and board members.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in fundraising, donor relations, and relationship management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in fundraising, donor management, and relationship management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong donor relationships.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing fundraising strategies.
- Proficiency in using donor management systems and related software.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
