Life Science Scientist

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop protocols and execute reports for verification tests.
- Work as a laboratory research officer within the project team, undertaking tasks such as:
- Evaluating Commercial Feasibility on Individual Kit Components
- Conceptualizing Kits
- Developing quality management process plans and manufacturing SOPs
- Executing and reporting on verification tests
- Validating diagnostics workflow and conducting diagnostic tests in a clinical lab.
- Administer laboratory operations, including:
- Procurement in accordance with prevailing policies
- Managing equipment, including qualification, preventive maintenance, and repair as per lab SOP
- Ensuring compliance with safety codes and licenses
- Monitoring and maintaining chemical lists through effective communication with stakeholders and external parties.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree (with Hons) in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Biomedical Sciences.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience in areas such as molecular technologies (qPCR and NGS), immunochemistry, serological assays, cytology, and cytopathology.
- Experience working in clinical diagnostic labs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams or autonomously in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
