Head of Consulting

The incumbent is accountable for the design and delivery of all consulting projects that fall under DDI’s core areas of expertise: Leadership Strategy, Leadership Selection, Leadership Development and Succession Management. In addition, he or she will support business development in the acquisition and retention of clients. Other accountabilities and responsibilities include:
- Ensuring effective implementation and client realization for all projects and delivery for our clients.
- Implementing performance management and personal/professional development plans for consulting team members.
- Supporting key sales opportunities to close and ensuring expansion and penetration of revenue within current client projects.
- Crafting and delivering DDI business solutions.
- Developing team capabilities to provide integrated business solutions to DDI clients.
- Developing proposal pricing and project tracking for cost and profitability.
- Manage resource allocation to optimize team capacity.
- Ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of consulting operational processes.
- Ensuring the attraction and retention of a skilled pool of contractors.
- Actively participate to planning and budget processes for Singapore.
- Act as a spokesperson for speaking and media (PR) opportunities in Singapore where appropriate.
