**Role and Responsibilities**
- Agile Product Management: Be part of the platform and transformation team to drive end-to-end product lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams to define and test user stories. Collaborate with and manage stakeholders to gather requirements and test new features.
- Ensure functionalities are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Effectively elicit business and functional requirements and clearly document them within Jira/Confluence ecosystem
- User Adoption & Change Management: Develop change management material including user communications and training.
- Work closely with Technology team and external vendors (as required) to jointly deliver transformation items within scope, timeline and budget by prioritizing and managing assigned project resources and work processes.
- Formulate test strategy including test plan and test cases.
- Conduct hands-on UAT with effective scope coverage, high testing quality and short time to output

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience working as UAT tester within Private Banking.
- Strong know-how of Client Lifecycle Management processes/ products in financial institutions.
- Motivated and self-started individual with a passion to drive change and impact.
- Have strong analytical skills to quickly understand and break down complex issues and problems to come up with sound and rational judgements and solutions.
- Have strong communication set skills to be able to lead key and numerous partners and make sure you deliver the intended business value to the clients.
- Have hand-on experience in formulating business requirement documents, process mapping and user stories as well as reviewing functional specifications.
- Experience with Agile Methodology.
- Well versed with the following tools: MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), JIRA
