**Job Title: UAT Tester**
This role requires an individual who can seamlessly blend their financial services industry knowledge, testing expertise, and leadership skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects while meeting quality objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Test Strategy and Planning**: Develop comprehensive test strategies, detailed test plans, and design test cases. Oversee test data management and lead full-cycle FT & NFT execution for large-scale projects in the financial services industry.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate effective communication skills to ensure alignment between testing objectives and business goals.
- **Agile and Lean Expertise**: Utilize a deep understanding of Agile and Lean practices to drive testing methodologies. Possess certifications reflecting proficiency in Agile methodologies and testing practices.
- **Testing Program Expertise**: Demonstrate mastery in test program concerns encompassing test data management, testing policies, risk and issue reporting, test design, development, and resolution.
- **Leadership and Team Management**: Showcase strong leadership skills by effectively leading and planning teams, fostering an environment conducive to success, and guiding team members throughout testing processes.
- **UAT Management**: Exhibit extensive experience in managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- **Hands-On Test Expertise**: Demonstrate hands-on expertise in test planning, execution, management, defect tracking, and test progress reporting, leveraging a range of test management tools.
- **Business Analysis Skills**: Leverage skilled business analysis abilities to coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and UAT within multi-phased projects, particularly in Agile environments.

**Qualifications**:

- **Certifications**: ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified Test Manager (CTM), Foundation Level (CTFL), showcasing a strong foundation in testing principles.
- **Experience**: Proven track record as a standout Analyst or Consultant within the financial services industry, with a focus on shaping and executing comprehensive testing strategies for large-scale projects.
- **Communication**: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
