Singapore SIMMONS (SOUTHEAST ASIA) PRIVATE LIMITED Full time

This position reports to the Senior Customer Service Manager and will assist in handling and

delighting customers, upholding Simmons' vision of providing a unique customer experience

and overall total customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform order fulfillment duties and provide necessary sales support to the sales team
- Handling customers' feedback via multiple channels by providing solutions and delivering customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure tasks and objectives are met
- Assist in executing customer retention and development programs, and maintaining Simmons’ customer database
- Any other Customer Service administrative duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Problem solver with an eye for detail and meticulous with good customer service skills
- Quality focused, team player and multi-tasker with good planning and organizational skills
- Effective communicator with good writing and computer skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic environment
- Strong work ethics
- Min Diploma holders in a technical discipline and/or 1-2 years relevant hands-on working experience in customer service and/or order fulfillment
