Job Responsibilities:
Ø Work together with the Director to create a mutual understanding of the company marketing strategy based on the requirement of the job.

Ø Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.

Ø Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations.

Ø Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities at the global level.

Ø Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.

Ø Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.

Ø Communicate with export and import and related authorities, and customers and suppliers, in all relevant territories and countries, as necessary to ensure efficient, positive and lawful relations, support and activities.

Ø Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.

Ø Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels.

Ø Manage the necessary documentation for the efficient, cost -effective and lawful execution of all import / export activities.

**Requirements**:
Ø Marketing prior exposure in leading and developing large online communities with some countries such as India, Bangladesh, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Ø At least 15 to 20 years of working experience in relevant marketing field. Professional and proactive work ethic.

Ø Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Ø Exhibit strong leadership qualities, and able to work both independently and as a team.

Ø Independent team player with strong problem-solving skills.

Ø High Competence in project and strong ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Ø Ability to work within tight timelines, be responsive to Company matters and attend to work with speed and quality.

Ø Must be flexible with working hours when necessary.

Ø Marketing experience in country like Singapore, Dubai, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia and Malaysia will get an advantage.
