Oversee entire Architectural department and ongoing/new projects
- Duties as assigned Superior or Management Repreentatives
- Attend meetings with client
- Provide Endorsement as a Qualified Person (QP) for all architecture plans and various authority submissions for approval
- Registered as Director with ACRA in RJC. Such registration is only for RJC’s Architectural license purposes and shall not entail any authority/privilege in operation of the Company, viewing of company’s accounts/financials or probing into RJC’s company-level business plans and directors.
- Signing off Board Resolutions, Audit Reports and any other documents as required as registered director with ACRA.
- To carry out meetings on criteria of a project to review on the terms and conditions
- To collaborate with various professionals with regards to design i.e. engineers, quantity surveyor
- To produce and present feasibility reports and design proposals to clients
- To advise on practicality of the projects
- To revise and endorse the submission drawings and plans to the Authorities.
- To supervise the project from start to finish
- To conduct regular site visits. To prepare contract documents and construction management.
- In-charge of managing the entire Architecture department
- To resolve problems while ensuring that environmental impact of the project is managed
- To register with BOA as the Architecture Director of the company.
- To perform marketing & plan the KPI for every quarter
- To search the tender from Gebiz and others government agency such as PSA, PA & N Park.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess recognised Degree and Masters in Architecture
- Registered as an Architect with BOA Singapore
- 5 years and above of architectural experience.

Software: Lumion, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup
