**Environmental Services Supervisor
As the Environmental Services Supervisor, you will oversee and manage all aspects of environmental cleanliness and sanitation within the facility. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a safe, clean, and hygienic environment for all occupants while adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies. You will lead a team of environmental services staff, coordinate cleaning operations, and implement best practices to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility. Your responsibility included the following:

**Supervision and Leadership:
Lead and supervise a team of environmental services staff, including cleaners, janitors, and sanitation workers.

Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high standards of performance and professionalism among team members.

Schedule and assign duties to staff, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient utilization of resources.

**Cleaning Operations Management:
Oversee daily cleaning operations, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfection of surfaces, to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas requiring attention and ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.

Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

**Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards, to minimize health risks and maintain a safe working environment.

Monitor and enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and cleaning chemicals to prevent accidents and ensure staff safety.

Collaborate with regulatory agencies and participate in audits and inspections to maintain compliance with applicable regulations.

**Inventory and Resource Management:
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient use of resources.

Coordinate procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment, including evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and overseeing deliveries.

Monitor equipment maintenance and repairs, coordinating servicing as needed to ensure optimal functionality and longevity.

**Communication and Collaboration:
Liaise with facility management, department heads, and external stakeholders to coordinate cleaning activities and address specific requirements or concerns.

Communicate effectively with staff to provide instructions, feedback, and updates on cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and organizational policies.

Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication among team members.

**Qualifications and Skills:
At least 1 year of experience in environmental services or a related field.

At least a higher secondary education is preferred.

Conversational in English to communicate with clients and cleaning staff.

Passion for coaching and guiding.

Willingness to perform shifts.
