About the team
The TikTok Money Platform is responsible for providing a one-stop solution for financial matters across various monetization scenarios of TikTok.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok
Job Responsibilities
- regularly collect requirements from business units and effectively communicate them to the product development team.
- provide solutions and ensure execution for straightforward payment scenarios.

coordinate internal product prioritization, ensuring efficient coordination and allocation of development resources to drive orderly progress of business requirements.
- collect, organize, analyze, and promptly respond to user feedback and on-call for all payment business units.

continuously optimize online processing mechanisms and solutions. Drive product iterations to offer high-quality tools meeting business needs.
- manage payment requirements for new country expansions, especially standard solutions integration for business units.
- facilitate communication and education for business units and users during the launch of new features.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate, or Postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master.
- Preliminary understanding of TikTok's business ecosystem, especially in the areas of payment and user feedback.
- Basic data analysis skills to extract valuable insights from user feedback.
- Strong sense of responsibility to drive the launch of new features, ensuring a smooth experience for users and business units.
- Some experience in optimizing development and business collaboration processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, adept at handling diverse requirements and feedback from multiple business units.
