**Responsibilities**:

- Extend a warm welcome to tenants/guests and assist with vehicle doors and offer help with large/bulky items
- Offer personalized attention to VIP guests during their arrival and departure to ensure a seamless experience
- Work closely with the Concierge to provide accurate directions and promptly answer guest inquiries
- Collaborate closely with the relevant departments to ensure the lobby and driveway are consistently well-maintained and presentable
- Actively seek feedback from tenants/guests to address any concerns, ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Group's residences, properties, facilities, and surrounding areas
- Any other ad-hoc tasks may be assigned

**Key Requirements**
- Prior working experience in a similar capacity would be advantageous
- Good command of English and a local language (spoken and written)
- Possess guest oriented and service oriented skills
- Tactful with cheerful personality
- Well groomed and neat disposition
- Able to work well independently as well as in a team

**Working hours & Location**
- Nearest MRT station: Promenade Station (CC4/DT15)
- Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8AM to 6PM
