The company offers the following products categories: Climate & Comfort, food & beverage, hygiene & sanitation, power & control and Safety & security. Their Singapore office serves as a regional HQ covering Southeast Asia and India markets.
**The Position**
This is a 50% farmer & 50% hunter role
- to maintain and review current distributors and locate new distributors in SE Asia & India
Our client is seeking a **Sales Manager - Outdoor products** to join their team in Singapore and drive their business development efforts. Reporting to the Sales Director for SE Asia & India, you will be responsible for developing and implementing short, medium and long-term plans to maintain and expand the business in the region. This includes mapping out channels for all business segments, working with partners and agencies to ensure timely implementation of marketing content and brand-specific campaigns, leading the campaign planning process with stakeholders, developing and implementing online business strategies, managing both offline and online business segments, and analysing data to optimize online commercial performance.

**The Person**
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Passionate about new business and channel development with marketing efforts, and have a strong understanding of business practices and markets in the Southeast Asia Region and India.
- An independent player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible for regional business travelling (30% travel to Malaysia, SE Asia and India)
