Execute preventive maintenance jobs for all customers as stipulated in the service contracts
- Quick and timely response to onsite service requests of customers for VJ equipment.
- Provide good and effective trouble shooting and repair of VJ equipment.
- Provide good service and technical advice to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide basic user training and basic maintenance procedures to end-users
- Provide new equipment installation services
- Provide equipment sales support (e.g. equipment set up for demo, sample printing)
- Handle any customer service enquiries.
- Continuously improving technical knowledge on VJ equipment.
- VOC - ensuring local market demands are fed back into the SEA marketing team.
- Perform other duties as required.
