**Regional Field Service Engineer - Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (LC/MS)**

You would be the technical expert and would be supported by a unique Program Management team for the commercial aspect.

**Your Role**:

- You will be traveling to distributors countries to provide support and resolve escalated issues at customer site when distributors failed to resolve problem or customer experience is at risk. Travelling to support distributor will be a large part of your role once pandemic situation is over and normality resumed.
- You will assist program FSS and distributor engineers in daily troubleshooting, support activities and escalation with effective diagnosis and provide technical advice to resolve product performance problems. Proactively responds to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business.
- Establish and maintain a highly responsive relationship and effective communication with distributors, customers, sales reps, peers and other departments within Agilent to ensure customer satisfaction.
- A Bachelors or Master’s degree within the science field - e.g. chemistry, analytical chemistry biochemistry, biotechnology, bioengineering or similar.
- 8+ years of experience in a similar Field Service or end user role, with abundant knowledge and experience in Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (LC/MS) products. Further experience in Molecular products will be added bonus.
- Strong in diagnosis, troubleshooting and problem solving skill. Experience with the Agilent solutions is desired.
- Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful and timely.
- Good interpersonal skill, comfortable to work with all level and an excellent team player
- Enjoy travelling, working with distributor and visiting customers
