**A Day in the Life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Project ManagementDrive key growth and strategic projects including project execution and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects to ensure project is on plan and key milestones are delivered
Develop the Project Plan including scope, schedule, resources, budget and governance
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions for intervention and problem solving with project leaders, commercial team, customers and other stakeholders to meet intended objectives and outcomes
Manages status of projects and prepare status reports on budgets, schedules, and key success metrics for regular reviews with leadership team and key stakeholders
- Stakeholder Management / EngagementProvide critical leadership to ensure overall quality of project planning and execution, while minimizing and mitigating project risks
Liaise with key internal stakeholders including commercial sales and marketing team, functional teams and regional stakeholders across different levels to ensure alignment of project priorities
Ability to understand the Medtronic product portfolio and customer needs to develop project plan that meets the project objectives
Work closely with customers including healthcare professionals and various departments within the customer organization to ensure alignment and provide regular communication at the appropriate level

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- **_Your vaccination status shall be collected during the interview and selection process referencing and in line with the Safe Management Measures at the workplace stipulated by the Ministry of Manpower_**

**Nice to have**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in project management background or has led some commercial projects in specific to Sales, Marketing and Product
- Analytical and organization skill
- Healthcare industry is preferred
- Good understanding of medical devices processes, product will be added advantage
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent time management skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity and deadlines
- Ad-hoc traveling may be required when borders open
