AB Vista, a premier supplier of feed enzymes, is seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Since 2004, we've led the industry in enhancing animal nutrition across poultry, swine, ruminant, and aquaculture sectors. In the role of Logistics and Supply Coordinator, you are the connecting factor between supply planning, demand planning, purchasing, inventory management and sales. You must balance all factors of supply and demand. Your daily activities consist of replenishment planning, managing the logistic operation and monitoring supplier’s performance. You are also responsible in managing of logistics service provider and optimizing distribution costs. You are to ensure that delivery times of stock replenishments are met according to customer agreements and in line with the Global S&OP process. In addition, you contribute to the optimization of business processes and map developments through continuous improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Connect with ASPAC Business managers to understand future demands, risks, and new market opportunities.
- Implement and execute the Logistics process that supports and meets AB Vista market strategy, performance objectives, customer expectations & sustainability ambitions
- Ensure product supply continuity with suppliers and logistics partners, meeting availability and inventory targets
- Support the Regional Head of Supply Chain in delivering advice and guidance to several internal and external stakeholders, in order to coordinate effects between: Procurement, Planning, Warehousing, Logistics, Quality/Regulatory, Marketing, Sales and Finance etc.
- Support the identification of continuous improvement opportunities and report and track monthly.
- Produce the agreed Logistics KPI measures in line with the operations reporting pack.
- An understanding of your individual role and responsibility (within the wider team) in delivering feed safety on behalf of ABF and identifying/acting on any issues that would compromise this obligation and/or the safety of the food chain.
- Build and maintain relationships within the ABF Logistics community and our 3rd party Logistics provider to ensure an effective and target oriented collaboration
- Work closely with quality and regulatory teams to implement continuous improvement process in response to complaints or risks.
- Work in line with STP Custom Regulation

- You have a detailed understanding of ERP systems (preferably D365).
- You have at least 3-5 years of working experience.
- You have intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
- You enjoy working with data, and have data analytics/reporting skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- You have industry knowledge in handling ocean freight / liquid logistics solutions (Flexibags/ISO tanks).

**Location
For this role we are offering a Hybrid working approach 50:50 in office to remote working from our office in Singapore. We work internationally so some flexibility may be required to support stakeholders in different time zones.
