You will provide project administrative support to the Office of Clinical Informatics (OCI) in the areas of hospital health informatics strategic roadmap and department work plan activities.

Your job responsibilities and work scope will include but not limited to:

- Organising and coordinating department and project activities
- Administrative and operational duties like scheduling, arranging and facilitating meetings
- Managing Chief Medical Information Office (CMIO)’s calendar and appointments
- Minutes taking and following up with matters arising
- Management of department’s inventory and equipment

**Requirements**:

- GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels or Diploma Holders
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Good team player
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- At least 3 years of administrative experience
- Experience in healthcare will be an advantage
