Perform as a Mechanical Supervisor for Offshore Projects (Fixed Platforms and FPSO) and reports to the Site Manager/Project Manager of the project
- Lead contractors in field construction activities with high safety standards; ensure all construction activities are comply to authorities, industrial and company HSE standards and requirements.
- Deliver construction / maintenance work in safe, quality and timely manner.
- Drive contractor’s management to deliver contractors productivity improvements, mechanizations, Contractor’s competency & assurance, including developing relevant work procedures and QA/QC.
- Organize and chair job hazard analysis meeting to ensure construction hazards are identified and mitigated.
- Check accuracy of approved construction drawing and documentation for execution
- Provide conceptual ideas for field route piping and produce quality sketches.
- Assist the Site Manager/Project Manager in development of site work scope specification.
- Conduct construction kick-off meeting with contractors.
- Verify contractor personnel records and work procedure applicable for the job.
- Carry out mechanical line and equipment checks, able to coordinate civil and E&I activities progress and prepare construction progress report
- Coordinate with other disciplines for project integration at site to handover
- Organize Mechanical Completion review and assist in operation readiness review for project handling over.
