**Key Responsibilities**:

- Financial Management and Reporting:

- Oversee all financial operations (accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger).
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
- Develop financial strategies, policies, and procedures to improve operations and profitability.
- Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles (IFRS) and regulations.

**Cost and Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage the cost of precious metals inventory, tracking price fluctuations.
- Implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
- Analyze inventory valuation, turnover, and profitability.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams for efficient management and cost control.

**Tax Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit GST reports.
- Coordinate and manage tax reporting.

**Risk Management**:

- Implement and maintain internal controls and risk management policies.

**Reporting and Compliance**:

- Ensure accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with laws and regulations (including environmental and trading regulations).
- Facilitate external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Assist the Financial Controller and perform other management-assigned tasks.
- Oversee operational cashflow management and prepare monthly finance reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- At least 8 years of experience in finance management and supervision, ideally within the recycling industry.
- Expertise in IFRS, financial reporting, GST regulations, financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with risk management, hedging strategies, and knowledge of precious metals trading.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
- Experience in optimizing financial systems and strong negotiation skills.

**Other Information**:

- Salary: $4,000 - $6,000
- Working Location: West area (Company transport provided at Jurong East MRT)
