Sitting within the Media & Digital Activation department in APJC, you’ll play an increasingly valuable role in helping extend our media capabilities and take ownership of the setup, activation, and optimization of a variety of omnichannel campaigns to help increase awareness and generate demand for our B2B technology clients in Japan. Working closely with the Director of Media & Digital Activation, you will be responsible for taking a data driven media plan and putting it to work across the paid social and search landscape, while continually contributing to its ongoing success through frequent optimization cycles and leveraging relationships with partners, publishers, and third-party vendors to activate tactics at a local level.

You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the digital platforms can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas and thought-provoking insights to reinforce our clients marketing campaigns.
As a full-service agency, Just will open opportunities for you to work on a broad range of campaigns including ABM, brand to demand and nurture programs that help build customer lifetime value for our clients. Although you will take ownership of media and digital activation in Japan, integration with our global teams and clients is key, so flexibility to work across multiple time zones is important to the role.
**Requirements**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Setup and activation of paid social campaigns in Japan (including but not entirely limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
- Setup and activation of paid search campaigns, including keyword planning (Google primarily but may include Microsoft Ads) as well as providing insight and recommendations.
- Work closely with and manage third-party vendors and publications to help expand our media capabilities beyond search and social, ensuring the brief and campaign objectives are clearly articulated at a local level.
- Implementation of programmatic campaigns (i.e. The Trade Desk).
- Working on weekly / monthly reporting, helping to deliver valuable campaign insights and recommendations. Knowledge of Office suite is beneficial as you will be required to create presentation decks for our clients.
- Analysing Google Analytics data and working with the team to provide user behavior insight.
- Work with the team on search campaigns and using platforms, such as SEMRUSH, to help identify opportunities.
- The ability to spot potential areas of risk during the planning phase of campaign build, so that both technical issues and delays are minimized ahead of implementation.
**Working with the wider media team, client services and analytics teams to**:
- Analyze active campaigns daily and provide recommendations for optimizations to be made to increase efficiency and performance.
- Ensure that comprehensive reporting frameworks are in place, including KPIs by channel / region
- Help team to identify insights in the campaign data and recommend optimisations to the program to ensure KPIs are met.
- Ensure budget tracking and campaign spend pacing processes are adhered to and maintained, to avoid overspend.
- Contribute to end of campaign reports that show the story in the data and be comfortable presenting this information both internally and to the end client.
- Contribute to pitch decks and proposals by conducting desktop research and historical campaign data insights.

- **Search/Display Ads**:Google Ads (paid search and display) as well as Microsoft Ads (Bing) is advantageous but not essential
