You will be part of the team to set the product's vision and work with relevant teams to maximise delivery of its true value and usable data of the product(s). [What you will be working on] **Responsibilities**: - Define target segments, collaborate with teams to build collective ownership of products across organisation - Develop defined personas, user experience, product positioning and align on success metrics based on owned products - Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders on customer immersions to understand customer jobs to be done and define a digital experience that truly meet customers’ needs across different digital touchpoints - Ensure alignment of teams on the product vision, value to be achieved and the customer needs to be met by being data-driven and researched-driven - Map user experience to Stories, product brainstorming, while aligning MVP and outcomes - Resolve impediments, backlogs prioritisation and manage product value, design and technological constraints - Communicate and play the role of a "translator" of product to end users - Conduct and share best practices within the team and across NLB, to establish cross-collaboration model [What we are looking for] **Requirements**: - At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred - Good communication & interpersonal skills - Strong team player with good networking skills - Meticulous and analytical The successful applicant will be appointed on a 2-year contract in the first instance.
