We are a leading provider of curtain wall solutions, specializing in the design, supply, and installation of curtain walls, aluminum works, glazing works, canopies, shopfronts, and structural steelworks. With a growing portfolio of high-value projects, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic **Director of Façade Design**to join our team and drive our business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Design Leadership**:

- Lead and oversee the conceptual and technical design of facade systems for major projects.
- Ensure architectural vision and façade performance criteria are aligned throughout the design process.
- Direct the integration of facade design with overall building architecture and structural systems.

**2. Technical Oversight**:

- Guide material selection, structural design, thermal performance, water management, fire safety, and acoustics of façade assemblies.
- Lead facade system detailing, specification development, and quality control.
- Evaluate and approve facade performance mock-ups, tests, and engineering reports.

**3. Project Management**:

- Oversee facade design from schematic design through construction administration.
- Coordinate with consultants, fabricators, and construction teams for design execution.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables related to façade design scope.

**4. Innovation & Sustainability**:

- Promote the use of sustainable, energy-efficient facade solutions in line with LEED, WELL, Passive House, or other standards.
- Stay updated on industry innovations, materials, and technologies to ensure cutting-edge solutions.

**5. Team Leadership**:

- Mentor and manage a team of facade designers and technical specialists.
- Foster a collaborative design environment across internal and external stakeholders.

**6. Client & Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Present facade design concepts to clients, design review boards, and planning authorities.
- Collaborate with owners, developers, and architects to understand design intent and translate it into facade solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facade design, with a strong portfolio of large-scale projects.
- Proven leadership experience in facade design and technical oversight.
- Proficiency in facade design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and facade performance standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
