Able to read and understand engineering drawings
- Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, as built drawings, cutting list for fabrication and other support drawings to site and production
- Familiar with AutoCad drafting and BIM design tools-Revit (3D)
- Able to use Excel for Data Tabulation
- Relevant designing experience in Facade, Cladding, Doors and Windows
- Liaise with main contractor and site personnel
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Minimum Diploma in Architectural or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience as drafter
- Able to work 5.5 days/week
