**Job Scope**:

- The Supply Chain Manager/ Head of Supply Chain is responsible for overseeing the overall supply chain planning and management process in the organisation.
- The role involves material planning and procurement, inventory and logistics management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform procurement of materials and goods both locally and overseas
- Plan, manage and co ordinate all activities related to the procurement of necessary materials
- Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers/ vendors
- Manage and develop suppliers/ vendors
- Manage and track stock to ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Create and coordinate logistics arrangements to customers
- Track, measure and analyse company expenditures and provide report for management
- Provide weekly delivery reports to management for review
- Other coordination matters to ensure an efficient supply chain management

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain preferred
- At least 3 years of supply chain (procurement/ planning) work experience in Manufacturing environment
- Good experience in fabrication/ manufacturing mechanical part with strong production planning skills
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP and data management
- Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- Result-orientated, organized, meticulous with good problem solving skills, resourceful with high initiative and enjoy working in fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,800.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Supply Chain (procurement/planning): 3 years (preferred)
- Manufacturing Environment: 1 year (preferred)
- Fabrication/Manufacturing mechanical part industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Material Planning and Procurement: 1 year (preferred)
- Inventory and Logistics Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Coordinating with Internal and External Stakeholders: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
- ERP Software: 1 year (preferred)
- Data Management: 1 year (preferred)
