Ap Planning

As Asia Pacific Planning and SIOP Director for Measurement Solutions, this role will be leading a team of planning managers/executives on factory scheduling, SIOP processes and execution to improve customer service level, inventory turns, and lead time.

The scope will include strategic and tactical decision-making related to balancing demand and supply across all AP sites, collaborate with Global teams to align volume and mix with capacity and capability to deliver business financial objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a planning team across the Asia Pacific to provide Leadership and Direction to drive the implementation of Planning and SIOP Strategies, Processes and Metrics improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end factory’s daily and weekly order fulfilment to impact on-time and efficient customer delivery, material and capacity optimization, service level and product lead time.
- Coach and inspire the team to continually find ways to improve and see both accomplishments and opportunities in a fast-moving environment.
- Define process improvement roadmap and setup platform with Global/WA cross functional teams to identify and rollout improvement measures / projects.
- Drive digital transformation on demand forecasting and order execution to deliver process improvement.
- Think strategically, ability to manage competing priorities, effective communication and collaboration skillset to engage both management and working level (internal & external).

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or technical field
- Minimum of 10 years experience in SIOP and Planning activities
- Minimum of 5 years leadership and management skills
- Available for domestic/international travel as required ~20% depending on necessity.
