Consultant for Advanced Planning Solutions (APS)
Experienced APS Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of APS, ERP systems and implementation methodologies. The APS Consultant will work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design and implement APS solutions. The candidate will also be responsible for providing training and support to end-users.
Responsibilities
Work closely with clients to gather requirements with clarity and document business requirements.
Design and implement APS solutions based on client requirements.
Work with the development team to get requirements done by providing the algorithm.
Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
Provide training and support (3 levels) to end-users.
Collaborate with project team members to ensure successful delivery of APS implementations.
Participate in pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
Experience and Skill Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
2+ years of experience in ERP, MES and APS implementation and support (Fresh Grads are welcome to apply as well)
Strong understanding of the manufacturing environment or have worked on the shop floor.
Experience with databases, ability to write simple to medium complex queries.
Familiar with Algorithms or basic programming skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
