**Strategy & Operations Manager (SEA)
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the operations team, including:
- Leading and executing the the operational on-boarding process for new F&B establishments to our platform
- Organise and lead training sessions for new accounts to ensure merchants are able to fully utilise Qlub's services.
- Be a knowledge specialist on qlub & F&B operations and solve operational bottlenecks
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop plans for change based on these findings to make the service more appealing to merchants.
- Build and manage relationships with our merchants and optimize usage efficiency
- Support Qlub’s product development and POS integrations to improve features and solve bugs and pain points.
- Work with the BD and Management team to develop strategies to target new markets and develop existing markets.
- Support management with important strategic insights and recommendations based on on-ground feedback, reports & industry trends.
**Requirements**:
- 2-4 years of experience in Operations/ Business Development in a fast paced startup; Regional experience would be a plus.
- Previous work experience at Saas, Enterprise or Fintech solutions is a plus.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills - able to understand, solve and simplify complex processes as well as come up with solutions to resolve and improve business.
- Strong communicator - ability to lead discussions with F&B decision makers and stakeholders as well as align and lead the team on strategies for the business. Fluent in English, Able to communicate in Mandarin and Malay a plus.
- Humble Leader and Team Player - ability to take ownership over projects and be a leader to motivate and guide the operation team to achieve goals.
- Bachelor degree, ideally in a science or engineering discipline
