We invite highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our growing financial services consulting practice in Singapore to expand their financial services industry knowledge and skills.

The KPMG financial services advisory team assists banks and capital market sectors in managing their day-to-day business challenges and developments. We support our financial services clients on multiple diverse consulting projects that include:

- Business growth (e.g. market entry, customer insights, merger and acquisitions support)
- Operational process improvements across the banking value chain
- Organisation-wide functional (re)design
- Change management and project management
- Digital and technology enablement
- Programme management support

You will be playing a crucial role in helping to drive KPMG's global innovation agenda for Financial Services and will be part of a dynamic team culture offering collaborative internal networks and support. The following key activities include:

- Supporting and activating new global Financial Services innovation network to stimulate and deliver business model innovation
- Assisting in new market entry strategy development and execution planning for new market entry.
- Assisting in developing new partnerships and business opportunities, from initial prospecting to deal structuring and negotiations
- Contributing to the research and development of FS related products
- **At least 4 years of experience in a top tier fintech, investment bank, private equity, venture capital, crypto businesses or in management consulting**:

- **Deep expertise in Fintech industry strategy and execution**:

- **Deep expertise in platform based businesses, venture building or e-commerce**:

- **Strong knowledge in Central Bank Digital currently, cryptocurrency and blockchain**:

- **Good network of cryptocurrency market participants, e.g. crypto fund, crypto liquidity providers, crypto proprietary firms, etc.**:

- **Have experience in relationship building and project delivery**:

- **Understand how to manage change within a financial institution, and concepts of agile delivery**:

- **Possess strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills**
