**About RubberWay**

RubberWay is a young start-up with a mission to improve supply chain transparency in the natural rubber industry. Through a range of questionnaires available from a mobile app, we help natural rubber processors to collect information on their upstream supply chain to identify social and environmental risks. By providing accessibility to upstream supply chain data, RubberWay strives to help natural rubber buyers and processors widen their supplier engagement and work towards more sustainable supply chain practices.

**About The Position**

RubberWay is in search of a Community Engagement Officer to join our growing team. As the Community Engagement Officer, you will take the lead in engaging existing and prospective users of the RubberWay solution to build strong relationships with our user base. You’ll work closely with natural rubber processors to train and guide them along the use of the RubberWay solution. Additionally, you’ll help to strengthen the user experience of our digital solution by working to improve the RubberWay dashboard.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Lead the onboarding and training of new users through online meetings.
- Constantly monitor the progress and conduct regular follow up sessions with existing users.
- Improve, adjust, develop further the dashboard made available to the users.
- Manage the company LinkedIn and website updates on a timely basis.
- Provide support in other daily operations where required.
- Occasional travel within the region may be involved.

**About You**
- Diploma in a business and/or IT related field.
- Data Analytics skills to propose and develop further dashboard improvements.
- Experience with PowerBI or other dashboarding tools
- Good command of Microsoft suite, especially Excel.
- Comfortable with digital marketing and design.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive posture with ability to propose changes.
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Interest in sustainability and agricultural commodities is an advantage.
