**What we are looking for in you?**

To excel in this position, the Manager of Program Management must possess a broad and in-depth range of skills and knowledge, particularly in leading large and diverse teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients. They must effectively manage complex, multi-track programs consisting of small to medium-sized projects while balancing scope, time, cost, and quality to maintain an acceptable level of risk. Additionally, the Manager must cultivate a positive environment that fosters individual growth and high-performance standards. Relationship-building skills are critical to this role, as is experience in strong leadership and team management.
- 10Yrs + within financial services with a high degree of management of digital transformation projects.
- Proficiency and comprehension of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience in leading diverse teams of people in fast-paced, dynamic environments that operate on a globally distributed model, with resources from multiple disciplines (e.g., marketing, technology, creative, production)
- Accountability for managing budgets or client revenue
- Experience in successfully delivering full project/multi-track program lifecycles, from the initial business development stage to final delivery.
