At Wise, we’re on a mission to make money borderless, instant, and convenient for millions of people and businesses worldwide. Our product managers are at the heart of this mission, solving complex challenges and ensuring that customers love using Wise.

We process hundreds of millions of payments for our customers per year. Originally, we used banks to power our payments. But as we’ve grown we’ve started connecting directly to national payment schemes such as Australia’s NPP, Singapore’s FAST, and Philippines' InstaPay.

**Job Description**:
Salary range: starting from 156,000-216,000 SGD per annum + RSUs

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead our efforts in integrating and optimising national payment scheme integrations across the APAC region. This role will focus on expanding Wise’s reach through new payment scheme integrations while continuously improving the performance of existing scheme integrations.

**What You’ll Do**
- Understand customer needs: Build an understanding of how payment schemes impact our customers, and use this understanding to drive product decisions.
- Determine which payment schemes in APAC Wise should integrate with: Work with internal teams, regulators, and payment scheme operators in order to build a multi-year roadmap of which payment schemes Wise should be connected to.
- Integrate with payment schemes: Alongside engineering leads, you’ll be leading technical integrations with payment schemes.
- Monitor and optimise: Use data to track the performance of integrations and drive continuous improvement.
- Drive operational excellence: Identify and implement improvements to enhance the performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of the scheme integration.

**Qualifications**:
**What You’ll Bring**
- Experience in payment systems: An understanding of payments across product, technical, and commercial aspects. Ideal: experience with 'account-to-account' payments.
- Product management expertise: Proven track record of leading end-to-end product initiatives, from ideation to delivery.
- A knack for project management: This is not a project manager role, but payment scheme integrations have many moving parts and you will be accountable for the team’s success.
- Analytical mindset: Ability to use data to make informed decisions and track performance metrics.
- Customer focus: A passion for building products that solve real customer problems.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience working with payment scheme integrations
- Experience in fintech or a high-growth tech company.
- The ability to write SQL
